Progress

I'm actually making some progress with this horrendously bitchy property manager I work with.  Ok, maybe "horrendously bitchy" is a little harsh.  She refers to herself as "extremely detail-oriented," so I'll go with that.  Let me start over.

I'm actually making some progress with this horrendously bitchy extremely detail-oriented property manager I work with.  After I sent her some documents today, she didn't respond with her usual bitchy detail-oriented phone call, complaining about everything that was "wrong."  Instead, she sent me an email and a joke.  If that's not progress, I don't know what is.
