Got a call today from our title search guy, because there was a problem with a search I had requested. This was odd because I wasn't the one who requested this particular search. It was Attorney 4. Regardless, this has become my problem.
Somehow, she deftly turned her problem into my problem. You might be wondering how she pulled this off. It was fairly simple, really. She just put my name and email on all of the title search forms.
Pretty clever, Attorney 4.
